You’ll manage and grow an existing portfolio while building trusted connections with organisations where whānau, people and community are at the heart of what they do. Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role This is a full-time role based in Auckland. You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with hybrid and flexible working supported.
- As our Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and supporting a portfolio of customers while developing new relationships and business opportunities across Aotearoa. You'll bring together sales, account management, and customer success to build trusted partnerships, understand customer needs, and help deliver great outcomes for our customers and Wild Bambo.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Advocate internally on behalf of our customers to drive customer satisfaction and support long term trusted relationships.
- Grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and new business opportunities.
- Manage sales opportunities from enquiry to close, including product demonstrations and CRM management.
- Gather customer insights and work with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Support key customer relationships and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

- At least 3 years' experience in technology, software, or B2B sales.
- A relationship-focused communicator who can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
- Curious, resilient, customer-focused, and committed to delivering great results.
