Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and categorize multimodal data streams to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning algorithms.
• Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts.
• Escalate ambiguous data inputs and collaborate on improving classification rules and standards.
• Deliver high-volume data review tasks efficiently without compromising on precision or accuracy.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail, reading comprehension, and analytical evaluation skills.
• Experience evaluating creative or technical work against strict rubrics or guidelines is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
• Consistent, high-speed broadband connection and a quiet remote working environment.
• Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
