Job Title: Range Operator

The Opportunity This is a varied, hands-on role combining working outdoor on the ranges, workshop tasks, vehicle operation and customer support.Key responsibilities
- Working directly with our customer to support their training requirements.
- Maintaining and clearing training ranges following training activities.
- Building, manufacturing and repairing targets in the workshop.
- Delivering and installing targets and equipment across the ranges.
- Operating quad bikes, side-by-side vehicles and other 4WD vehicles.
- Escorting customer/contractors to required areas within the training areas.
- Checking weather stations and reporting issues.
What you’ll bring
- Experience operating all-terrain vehicles, particularly quad bikes and side-by-side vehicles.
- Basic carpentry, repair or workshop skills.
- A good level of physical fitness and confidence working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A practical, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full driver licence.
- Class 2 truck licence would be an advantage.
