Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the roleThe Built Structures team sits within LINZ's Crown Property group and manages a diverse portfolio of Crown-owned buildings and residential properties. Our work spans property and tenancy management, maintenance and compliance, commercial agreements, and stewardship of assets that support a range of government priorities. Following the recent insourcing of the management of our residential portfolio, we're continuing to strengthen capability, improve systems and processes, and build a modern, high-performing property management function.As our Property Portfolio Coordinator (Customer Regulatory Specialist), you'll provide support across a wide range of property management and operational activities. You'll help coordinate maintenance and contractor activity, manage property and tenancy information, support commercial agreements, contribute to reporting and process improvement, and help ensure our systems and data remain accurate and reliable. Working across the team, you'll gain exposure to almost every aspect of the property management life cycle and play an important role in keeping things running smoothly.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build broad property management experience in a supportive and varied environment and contribute to the management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
