The Role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join Tiki Tour, our Kiwi-themed concept gifts and souvenirs store at Auckland Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
Working at the airport requires flexibility in order to deliver the best possible experience for our customers, who travel around the clock: Rosters will include morning openings (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM), weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays), and public holidays.
What You’ll Do: ✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations ✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training ✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked ✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently ✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong sales and customer service focus; retail experience is preferred. ✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude ✅ Full NZ driver's license and reliable personal transport. ✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
