About the job

We’re gearing up for an amazing summer at Good Planet and are looking for friendly, energetic people to join our team.

We're hiring for a range of part-time summer roles, as well as several full-time, ongoing positions for experienced hospitality and tourism professionals looking to grow their careers with us.

It’s an exciting time to join Good Planet, with our newly built visitor centre and expanded offering opening for the 2026/27 summer season.

We have a range of roles available across the site, including:

  • Field & PYO Assistants
  • Adventure Park Attendants
  • Farm Train Drivers
  • Shuttle Bus Drivers

Who we're looking for You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in customer-facing roles - retail, hospitality, tourism, or similar
  • Are friendly, confident and enjoy dealing with people
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoy a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Are reliable, flexible and happy to pitch in where needed
  • Can commit to the summer season through to late January/early February
  • Have full availability over our key holiday periods, including Labour Weekend and Christmas/New Year

Some roles are outdoors and active, while others are based within our new café and visitor facilities. Previous hospitality experience is required for our barista and café positions, but for many of our other roles, a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
