Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Data Specialist to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models.
• Review AI model outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic coherence, alignment, and formatting correctness.
• Highlight confusing or contradictory data points to assist in refining overarching project guidelines.
• Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex written instructions.
• Background in editing, technical writing, QA testing, or data labeling is highly advantageous.
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Requires a secure home office environment, a modern computer, and fast, reliable internet.
• Currently residing in the US or Canada with the ability to work standard North American hours.
