This is an opportunity for an experienced marketer who enjoys developing campaigns, creating market-facing content, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive brand visibility, engagement and business growth. Working across a diverse national business, you'll help bring CBRE's people, insights and expertise to market through impactful marketing initiatives.

About the Role

  • Execute the New Zealand marketing plan and support key business priorities.
  • Develop and deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop thought leadership content, research launches and market-facing initiatives.
  • Advise business leaders on marketing strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans for key client, sector and business development opportunities.
  • Drive brand adoption and ensure alignment with CBRE's global brand standards.
  • Support the promotion and go-to-market strategy for research reports and key business initiatives.
  • Manage brand advertising, EDM approvals, marketing collateral, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Use market insights, competitor activity and performance data to continuously improve marketing outcomes.

About You

  • Experienced developing and executing marketing campaigns, strategies, and annual marketing plans.
  • Experienced working within a large corporate, professional services, property, financial services, or similarly complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
  • Commercially minded, organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using a range of marketing platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing and marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, content management systems, campaign reporting and analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
