Following the recent announcement that Rolly Rowland will be leaving Beca in November, we are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Section Manager - Southern Infrastructure.

Based in Christchurch, you'll lead our Southern Infrastructure team, building on the strong foundation already in place while supporting the next phase of growth. Working closely with our people, clients and leadership teams, you'll play a key role in leading capability development, culture, performance and market opportunities across the South Island.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading business performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Building and strengthening client relationships.
  • Supporting strategic growth and market development.
  • Developing future leaders and technical capability.
  • Fostering an inclusive, constructive and high-performing culture.
  • Driving recruitment, retention and succession planning.
  • Contributing to the wider leadership of the Transport & Infrastructure business.

You're an experienced and collaborative leader who is passionate about developing people and creating an environment where teams can thrive.

  • Leadership experience within consulting, infrastructure, transport, civil or related sectors.
