You will work closely with the GM Marketing & Sales during the onboarding and transition of new customers, before becoming their primary day-to-day commercial contact and taking responsibility for developing the account over the long term.

You’ll work closely with customers and teams across the organisation, with visibility across sales, pricing, production, inventory and commercial performance.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop account plans focused on growth, retention, product mix and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase our market share within our key accounts.
  • Manage customer forecasts, orders, service requirements and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven key account, sales or commercial experience within food production, FMCG or a related industry.
  • A strong track record of managing and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with pricing, margin, forecasts and sales data.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
  • Meat industry and Power BI skills highly desirable but not essential
