Key Responsibilities
- Maintain information records according to information management standards.
- Verify proposed updates against the relevant source before applying them.
- Keep relationships, status details, and supporting context complete.
- Preserve relevant context when transferring information between steps.
- Record findings about accuracy, completeness, and questions about authoritative sources and flag unresolved questions for review.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
- Ability to maintain information records consistently according to information management standards.
- Ability to preserve decision context across workflow handoffs.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous experience in information management, data quality or records work is helpful but not required.
