Head of Organisational Development Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu This is more than a traditional Organisational Development role. As our Head of Organisational Development, you'll lead the strategy and team responsible for building the capability, leadership, and culture that will help 2degrees thrive into the future. You'll play a key role in helping our people and leaders navigate one of the biggest shifts organisations have faced, as AI and emerging technologies continue to transform how work gets done. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you'll shape and deliver our organisational capability, culture and DEIB strategy, providing enterprise leadership across a broad range of areas including AI capability and future workforce readiness, leadership development, learning, talent and skills development, culture, performance, and DEIB. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll help identify where we should invest, where we should evolve, and what capabilities will matter most for the future. You'll use data, insights and workforce trends to prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable business and people outcomes. - Experience leading workforce capability, organisational transformation or future-of-work initiatives, including helping leaders and teams adapt as technology and AI reshape how work gets done.
- A strategic and future-focused mindset, with the ability to translate business priorities and workforce trends into a clear capability agenda.
- Expertise across leadership development, culture, engagement, DEIB and organisational capability.
- Strong commercial judgement, systems thinking and confidence using data and insights to guide decision-making.
- A credible and collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence and challenge thinking at senior levels.
