About: Fergbaker is growing, and we’re looking for exceptional people to join the team and grow with us in Arrowtown.

From humble beginnings flipping burgers behind a small hole-in-the-wall, the Ferg Group has grown into one of Queenstown’s most iconic destinations. Today, Fergburger, Fergbaker, Mrs Ferg, Ferg’s Bar and Fergbutcher are known for quality food, high energy and unforgettable experiences.

In early November, we’re opening a brand-new Fergbaker in beautiful Arrowtown, and we’re taking applications now for passionate, energetic people to be part of the team from the very beginning.

About The Role

We’re looking for friendly, switched on people who know how to deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a busy, high-energy environment.

If you’re confident with customers, love good food and enjoy being part of a team that knows how to have fun, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service, engaging with customers and offering recommendations when needed
• Take orders, cash handling, answer customer enquiry's in a professional and polite manner
• Prepare and serve high quality coffee - training provided
• Filling stock
• Adhering to Health and Safety polices and standards

Requirements

• Must be available to work on a full time roster, 5 shifts a week (Shifts start from 5:15am)
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and a can do attitude
• Coffee experience is desirable but not essential - training is provided
• Reliable transport as we are based in Arrowtown
