You will oversee the delivery of our Property B2B events and activations, creating strong memories and positive brand sentiment. Joined at the hip with Sales, you will amplify events beyond the day to expand our reach. As a super user of Braze, you will use notifications and email to build sentiment, drive product adoption and invite customers to events. You'll get satisfaction from delivering best-in-class activations and customer-centric comms.
Here is what you can expect from this role:
- Prepare and maintain the annual Customer Property events and activations calendar alongside Sales and Marketing leadership
- Oversee end-to-end event delivery including communications roadmaps, run sheets, venues, catering, AV and on-the-day support
- Capture event content, manage photos/videos and collaborate with teams to amplify social content and boost brand sentiment
- Act as a Braze super user to set up, monitor, troubleshoot and optimise always-on B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Assist with data segmentation, streamlining two-way data flows and conducting campaign peer reviews
- Run post-event retrospectives to translate learnings into future event success
What you will bring to our team:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management with end-to-end delivery skills
- Hands-on experience using email marketing platforms like Braze and a solid understanding of lifecycle communications
- Proven background working with data for audience segmentation and campaign analysis
- Strong multi-tasking, organisational and proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills with high attention to detail
