The Opportunity | Te Aheinga As a reliever in our team, you will:
- Move between different rooms and age groups to support our permanent kaiako.
- Help guide daily activities, engage in play-based learning, and offer relational support.
- Provide consistency and good energy as you slot into each new space.
- Work alongside professional teams that value the fresh perspective you provide.
- Support tamariki to feel safe, confident, and free to explore.
- Help keep the day moving smoothly and child-centred.
About You | Mou
- Is registered or unregistered, with a heart for nurturing, caring for, and supporting our little ones.
- Is either experienced or new to the ECE space, as all backgrounds are welcome.
- Brings a steady, positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Stays adaptable, is quick to pick up new routines, and happy to help where needed.
