Overview

We are recruiting contributors to maintain structured data records for AI projects. You will use data management standards to guide your work and record findings about complex corrections, completeness, and recurring quality issues for review.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain structured data records according to data management standards.

• Verify proposed updates against the relevant source before applying them.

• Keep relationships, status details, and supporting context complete.

• Check completed work for missing source references before handoff.

• Record findings about complex corrections, completeness, and recurring quality issues and flag unresolved questions for review.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to maintain structured data records consistently according to data management standards.

• Ability to catch missing evidence before work is handed off.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous experience in data maintenance, information management or records work is helpful but not required.
