Overview

We are recruiting detail-focused contributors to evaluate the completeness and consistency of project datasets. You will inspect records across batches, identify quality patterns, and document issues that reduce the reliability of the data.

Key Responsibilities

• Check required fields for missing, malformed, duplicated, or contradictory values.

• Compare records within a batch to find inconsistent formatting, labeling, and category use.

• Test field relationships against the supplied data rules, including allowed values and logical dependencies.

• Group detected issues by defect type and note whether they affect one record or a wider batch.

• Re-evaluate flagged items after clarification to confirm that the applicable data rule is satisfied.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to apply data rules consistently across large sets of structured records.

• Ability to recognize missing values, duplicates, format problems, and cross-field contradictions.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous experience with data quality, record review, or annotation is helpful but not required.
