Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise data annotation and validation tasks across a variety of digital formats and subjects.
• Critically evaluate generative AI responses for logic, tone, safety, and factual correctness.
• Highlight confusing or contradictory data points to assist in refining overarching project guidelines.
• Achieve and sustain top-tier quality scores while processing datasets at scale.

Requirements:

• High-level critical analysis skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced textual and visual data.
• Previous work in UI/UX review, editorial analysis, quality control, or machine learning data prep is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
• Consistent, high-speed broadband connection and a quiet remote working environment.
• Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
