Customer Services Officer (FX) (17105)

We provide a time sensitive service, so our people need to be calm and collected with good communication skills.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with rostered Saturday mornings.

Fixed term contract starting 29th October 2026 - 15th January 2027

Ideally you will be a fast and accurate computer user, who can confidently handle queries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

You will put our customers first, by understanding issues, collaborating with other staff and contractors, and providing solutions to meet expectations.
