Customer Experience Officer

Are you passionate about connecting with your community and creating positive experiences? We are looking for a customer experience superstar to join our Balclutha Community Library Team.

This full-time role is varied and rewarding, with every day bringing new people, challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide friendly, high-quality library services.

• Assist customers with a wide range of enquires and requests.

• Support customers with digital technology, troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.

• Contribute to library programmes and events to support life-long learning through digital inclusion, creativity and literacy.

• Help maintain a welcoming, safe and well-presented library environment.

• Work collaboratively with the wider library team to deliver great customer experiences.
