Corporate Applications Team Lead

Fletcher Construction is creating its own in-house technology capability as it transitions to a standalone business within VINCI Construction, one of the world's largest construction companies. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of that journey. As Corporate Applications Team Lead, you'll lead a small team while taking ownership of a portfolio of critical business applications that support teams across the organisation. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure applications remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose, while helping shape how technology services are delivered in the future. You Will- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day work of the Corporate Applications team

• Own the support, administration and lifecycle management of key business applications
• Prioritise support activities, enhancements, maintenance and project work
• Manage application vendors, service performance, licensing and escalations
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions
• Maintain strong governance across security, access management, privacy, risk and change processes

What You'll Bring- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience

• At least five years' experience supporting enterprise or corporate applications, including Level 2 support
• Experience leading or coordinating an application support or technology service team
• Strong experience managing vendors, service levels, incidents and escalations
• Experience delivering application changes from requirements and testing through to release and ongoing support
• Strong communication skills, sound judgement and a practical approach to problem solving

Experience with Workday, Avature, SAI360 (Radar), Primavera, Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform and Miro would be an advantage but is not essential.
