About the Role We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Contracts Liaison Coordinator to join our Contract and Finance Team, supporting the effective management of Primary and Community service agreements across our National or Regional teams.In this role, you'll contribute to the end-to-end coordination of high-quality contractual arrangements, ensuring contracts are created, maintained and completed accurately and within required timeframes. You'll work across a range of teams and systems, providing advice and support on contract processes and helping ensure contractual obligations, service commencement and provider payments are managed effectively.You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining agreements in our contract management systems, preparing Agreement Request Forms, coordinating provider contacts and signatories, maintaining contract databases and monitoring agreements for renewal, uplift or exit.You'll work closely with Finance, Sector Operations, Legal, Planning, Funding & Outcomes teams and health providers, providing guidance on contract processes, documentation, , service specifications and system requirements. You'll also support a range of contract administration activities and contribute to continuous improvement across our processes and systems.This is a role where your attention to detail, sound judgement and ability to build strong relationships will be highly valued.About you You'll be an experienced administrator who enjoys working with systems, processes and people. You'll have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable managing competing priorities, working to deadlines and taking ownership of your work.To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Previous experience working in an administrative environment where processes are guided by legislation, policy or regulatory requirements.Experience creating and maintaining agreements, contracts or similar documentation within a contract management system or database.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and competing priorities.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.The ability to use sound judgement, follow established processes and identify when matters need to be escalated.Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.The ability to work effectively in a self-directed and team environment.A relevant qualification, working towards one, or equivalent experience.Experience working with health sector contracts, commissioning environments or health service terminology would be advantageous.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
