As a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Last Mile, you'll play a key role in helping our operations perform at their best by leading improvement initiatives that enhance safety, service and efficiency across our delivery network. Working across sites with varying operational challenges and complexities, you'll partner with frontline teams to identify opportunities, solve problems and delivery practical, sustainable improvements.This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role where you'll combine data, insight and operational experience to improve how work gets done. From designing better processes to supporting network-wide initiatives, you'll help create consistent ways of working while recognizing that every site has its own unique challenges and opportunities. You'll be able to look beyond the immediate issue, connecting local improvements to broader network outcomes that improve results for our people, customers, and communities.You'll achieve that by:Leading continuous improvement initiatives across delivery operationsAnalysing and redesigning processes to improve performanceSupporting site leaders to solve operational challengesEmbedding consistent ways of working across multiple locationsTracking results and ensuring improvements are sustainedCoaching teams in structured problem solving and improvementMōu - About youYou'll be someone who enjoys getting close to the operation, understanding how things work and finding better ways to deliver results. You'll be equally comfortable working with frontline teams and operational leaders, always focused on practical solutions that improve day-to-day performance.You'll bring continuous improvement and operational excellence experience from a logistics, delivery, service or operational environment, along with a strong process mindset and a passion for making things better. You know how to turn operational data and insights into action and can balance network consistency with local operational needs. You think broadly, looking beyond individual issues to identify wider trends, opportunities and sustainable solutions, and you're motivated by seeing improvements take hold and create positive outcomes for both people and performance.What you'll bring:Strong capability in process analysis and optimisationLean, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, with Black Belt qualification preferredExcellent stakeholder engagement, relationship building and influencing skillsProven ability to lead and embed change across diverse operational environmentsConfidence working alongside frontline teams and leaders in fast-paced operational settingsA proactive, curious and customer focus approach, with the ability to balance local site needs with broader network outcomesHiahia? - Interested?
