If that sounds like you, this could be a great role.We're looking for a Connections Project Coordinator to help keep a growing portfolio of customer connection projects organised and moving. You'll support everything from day-to-day project coordination through to reporting, financial administration, documentation and process improvement - including for some of the larger and more complex connection projects coming through our pipeline.About usPassionate, curious, and innovative are a few words that describe our people. You might be pulling together a project update, chasing an outstanding action, coordinating information across teams, getting our reporting into shape or figuring out a better way of doing something. It's a role for someone who likes being in the middle of things and gets real satisfaction from keeping everything moving.You'll:Keep projects organised, information current and actions movingCoordinate people and inputs from across Connections, Portfolio, Delivery and FinanceHelp develop reporting, dashboards and performance informationKeep on top of invoicing, purchase orders, time recording and project costsMake sure project records and documentation are accurate and easy to findSpot gaps, untangle information and bring structure where it's neededLook for smarter ways to improve our systems, processes and workflowsAbout youYou'll be someone who:Enjoys juggling multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the bigger pictureIs proactive, organised and great at following up to keep things movingIs comfortable working with data and brings strong reporting skillsBuilds relationships easily and enjoys working across different teamsIs a confident problem solver with good judgement, attention to detail and an improvement mindsetBrings a Level 6 Diploma or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience, along with experience coordinating or delivering projectsIdeally has experience with Power BI, Dynamics 365 or similar reporting tools, with exposure to utilities, infrastructure, construction or another regulated environment a bonusWe offerYou'll find at Orion, you can come as you are and just be you.
