What the mahi looks like The purpose of the Claims Lead - Technical is to support the Claims Team Manager to grow capability and achieve continuous operational excellence by leading and implementing improved systems and process changes for the Claims Team, for the purpose of delivering better client and business outcomes. A few key responsibility will be: Mentor and support of senior claims managers around capability and process Facilitating External Training on payroll and compensation, as required Attending dispute meetings and managing external stakeholder expectations Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience managing complex weekly compensation issue resolution Coaching and mentorship of other members of the team Ability to identify areas for improvement and process efficiency How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
