About the Role

This opportunity will be shaped around the successful candidate's experience and capability. • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative capability
  • Experience with quality systems, compliance, or operational reporting would be advantageous
  • Experience within concrete, construction, manufacturing, transport, or a similar operational environment is beneficial
  • The ability to prioritise, plan, and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using computer systems and operational software
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others positively
  • A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
  • Experience with managing the delivery of a time-sensitive or perishable product would be advantageous
  • Exposure to fleet management, contractor management, and maintenance planning would be highly regarded
