Now we’re looking for a charismatic, confident Cellar Door Host to help bring the Church Road story to life.The Role You’ll be the welcoming face of our celebrated cellar door - guiding guests through curated tastings, sharing the legacy of Tom McDonald, and showcasing wines that have earned international recognition. You’ll host multiple groups at once with ease, keep the energy high, and create experiences that visitors talk about long after they leave. Weekend availability is essential, and you must be available to work required shifts across Christmas and New Year. You’ll also have opportunities to represent Church Road at off‑site tasting events, bringing our award‑winning wines to new audiences.What You'll Bring

• Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for the craft

• Proven customer service experience and confidence hosting multiple groups at a time

• Warm communication style and a team‑first mindset
