About the job

OneSchool Global NZ is seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Administrator to lead and manage the administration and front office functions at our Hamilton Campus. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and enjoys being at the heart of campus operations.

This is a permanent position based on 40 hours per week, worked across 45 weeks of the year.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the campus alongside the Campus Principal. This position requires someone who is approachable, highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a dynamic educational setting.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relational trust
  • Experience with risk assessment policies and procedures
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines autonomously
  • Confidence using a variety of online platforms, digital tools, and management systems
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate issues early and respond effectively
  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt positively to change
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • A calm, professional, and relationship-focused approach when supporting students and staff

Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Start Date - ASAP
