As an organization, we are united through trust as one engaged team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. Job Description The Campaign Senior Specialist owns the planning, project management, coordination, execution, optimisation and reporting of Aon New Zealand’s marketing channel activity and growth campaigns, as well as the day-to-day management of digital platforms and websites. Working across multiple priorities, the role establishes clear briefs, plans, budgets, milestones, responsibilities and measures of success; builds alignment across internal teams; and manages external suppliers and agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes. Working as part of the broader APAC Marketing and Communications team, the role will collaborate across the region while also contributing independently as needed. Role Purpose This role provides dedicated campaign leadership, channel management and project delivery capability across Aon New Zealand’s marketing ecosystem. It suits a proactive, commercially focused marketer who can translate business needs into clear plans, lead projects through ambiguity, influence collaborators at different levels and hold internal contributors and external partners accountable for delivery. The role works across campaigns, events, sponsorships, partnerships, website, content, email, paid media, social and sales enablement, using data, marketing technology and emerging AI capabilities to improve how activity is developed, delivered and measured. Success will be reflected in disciplined execution, strong stakeholder relationships, effective supplier performance and measurable commercial impact. Create clear project plans covering scope, objectives, audiences, deliverables, timelines, budgets, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, approvals and measures of success. Lead cross-functional delivery with marketing, growth, sales, broking, business leaders and regional teams, building alignment, communicating progress and resolving contending priorities or blockers early. Manage project governance and delivery cadence, including status reporting, budget tracking, decision logs, approvals, quality assurance, risks and collaborator updates. Ensure campaign activity has effective lead capture, handover, tracking, reporting and follow-up processes to support commercial conversion and measurement of marketing return on investment. Use campaign data, client insight and feedback to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities and communicate clear recommendations. Bring curiosity about AI and emerging marketing technology, identifying practical opportunities to improve research, ideation, content development, personalization, workflow efficiency and campaign measurement. Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools by applying appropriate governance, privacy, brand, accuracy and human-review standards. Maintain brand consistency, accessibility, content accuracy and quality control across all campaign assets and channels.
