We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and reliable person to fill the above position in our busy supermarket Butchery Department.
This is a full-time permanent position.
We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience working as a Butcher. A trade qualification is necessary and previous experience working in a supermarket Butchery department would be an advantage.
Duties include:
- Preparation of quality butchery goods for retail sale
- Demonstrate a high standard of workmanship
- Be able to work efficiently in a busy team
- Be a good communicator and team player
- Provide excellent customer service
- Comply with our food control plan and health and safety programme.
The successful applicant must:
- Have previous experience working in a Butchery and food preparation
- Butchery Trade Qualification
- Present a passion for butchery and be self-motivated
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service
- Show strong attention to detail
- Be able to work in a team and independently
