About the job

Mō te tūranga | About the role

  • Working primarily with our Policy section, assisting with plan review logistics and administration, such as: database creation; maintaining planning systems; engagement workshop logistics; organising venues and catering; and assisting with the submissions process (from start to end)
  • Assisting our Librarian who is responsible for the publication process of Technical Reports, Policy and Internal Series (using our in house workflow process).
  • Assisting our Business Support team with other tasks in relation to project meetings, occasional in person attendance at meetings, taking of minutes and distribution of those in a timely manner (for in person, hybrid style and online meetings).
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties; formatting of documents etc.
  • Occasional acting in the team leader role when required.

  • At least 5 years administrative experience
  • Ideally you will have some exposure to working in Local or Central Government
  • Intermediate level of MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams)
