The Recruitment Network (TRN) is looking for experienced Baristas in Hamilton to join our growing hospitality team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing quality espresso coffees and other beverages
• Operating commercial coffee machines and grinders
• Texturing milk and maintaining consistent coffee quality
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Keeping the coffee station clean, tidy and well stocked
• Assisting with general front-of-house duties when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Confident operating commercial coffee machines
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Current New Zealand working rights
