Bakery Assistant Manager

• PAK'nSAVE Hornby is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hands-on Bakery Assistant Manager to help lead one of the busiest departments in our store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Bakery Manager in the day-to-day running of the department.

• Leading, coaching and motivating the bakery team.

• Producing high-quality bakery products our customers love.

• Ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.

• Assisting with ordering, stock control and minimising waste.

• Helping deliver a department that is clean, well-presented and customer focused.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous bakery or supermarket experience (leadership experience is an advantage).

• Leads with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Enjoys mentoring and developing others.

• Has excellent organisation and communication skills.

• Takes pride in producing quality products every day.

• Can work efficiently in a busy environment and make sound decisions.

• Is reliable and committed to early starts.

Hours

• Tuesday – Saturday

4:00am – 1:00pm
