Looking for your next step up? Hynds Hornby needs an Assistant Branch Manager to be the Branch Manager's right-hand. You'll help keep the branch running smoothly, look after our customers, and support a great team. It's a chance to grow your leadership skills alongside an experienced manager, with a clear path ahead in a proudly Kiwi, family-owned business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Backing the branch manager’s day-to-day and stepping up when they're away
  • Helping the team shine through coaching and on-the-job training
  • Looking after customers and finding them the right solutions
  • Helping the branch hit its targets and spot new sales opportunities
  • Having Safety as a priority at all times and doing things the Hynds way

What You'll Bring:

  • Customer service experience, ideally with some team leading
  • A can-do attitude and a head for business
  • Calm, organised and good with detail
  • Confident with Outlook and Excel (M3 a bonus)
  • Class 1 licence with F endorsement
