We're also committed to being a trusted partner for Māori and iwi, supporting their rights, interests and aspirations in line with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
As Advisor Wellbeing Support – Family Violence, you'll provide specialist advice, guidance and coaching to customer facing teams, helping them respond safely and effectively to customers and whānau affected by family violence.
You'll bring established family violence expertise to support frontline staff, build capability, and strengthen confidence in responding to complex situations. A key focus of the role is coordinating Kāinga Ora’s involvement in the Canterbury Integrated Safety Response (ISR), including responding to cases, actions and information received through the ISR process.
Working across our Christchurch offices, you’ll develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including government agencies, NGOs and community organisations. You’ll help connect customers and whānau with appropriate specialist support while promoting collaborative, coordinated responses.
