Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team and keeping things running smoothly? Treescape, New Zealand’s largest Green Asset Management provider, is looking for a part-time Administrator to join our Hamilton team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate administration, communicates confidently, and enjoys being part of a practical, down-to-earth team, delivering work across New Zealand’s natural environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll provide day-to-day administration support across the branch, helping with reception, correspondence, data entry, records, office coordination and general support for team members and management.
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm, with the ability to work additional hours when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Providing general administration support to the branch, team members and management.
· Answering calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
· Preparing correspondence, documents, reports and other administration materials.
· Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records with strong attention to detail.
· Supporting filing, photocopying, document control, office supplies and office coordination.
· Assisting with project, contract and operational administration tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous office administration experience.
· Strong organisation, time management and prioritising skills.
· Accurate data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
· Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
· A positive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
