About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised District Wide Administration Coordinator to join our Planned Care Services Team. Based at Tauranga Hospital, with regular travel to Whakatāne Hospital, this is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality healthcare across the Bay of Plenty. You will provide district wide administrative coordination, leadership, and support to our Surgical and Medical Services teams, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of planned care services.

About the Team
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior clinical staff and consultants, building strong professional relationships and acting as a trusted point of coordination. Your ability to communicate confidently, manage competing priorities, and foster collaborative working relationships will be essential.
