Undergraduate - Software Engineering

▪ Assist in the preparation of proposals and other documentation under supervision with work completed accurately and to target standards ▪ Contribute support skills to the effective completion of projects undertaking tasks of limited scope and complexity in accordance with direction ▪ Develop an understanding of the industry, professional bodies, the Beca business and its clients, relevant standards and procedures in the discipline ▪ Participate professionally and enthusiastically in project teams ▪ Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members and Managers are consistently well informed about progress and timelines ▪ Attend training and development opportunities as directed ▪ Maintain positive working relationships developing networking and consulting skills ▪ Seek specific and constructive feedback to ensure professional and technical development ▪ Certificate / Diploma / Vocational / Technical education ▪ Understand and adhere to the Beca values ▪ Act in accordance with industry / professional ethics maintaining professionalism at all times ▪ Contribution and effort is aligned to organisational objectives ▪ Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, in accordance with local documented HSE responsibilities and accountabilities. No work related injuries, illnesses or adverse environmental outcomes due to incorrect or inadequate application of systems or procedures ▪ Participate in performance development discussions with manager initiating and managing own personal development with all CPD requirements met ▪ Work co-operatively and collaboratively willingly accepting share of workload and helping others when required ▪ Other duties as directed
