At Martin Brower ANZ, safety is our top priority, and we take pride in fostering a culture that values teamwork and celebrates success.  Day to Day you will: As a Storeperson (Warehouse Operator), your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Performing general warehousing duties, including precise picking of dry, chilled, and frozen orders, receiving, storing, and rotating stock, loading trucks, and managing incoming deliveries Assisting with stock rotation as well as inventory and cycle count procedures Maintaining positive communication with customers, co-workers, and management Ensuring a safe work environment in accordance with company guidelines and relevant legislation Participating in product recall procedures and using all material handling equipment correctly About You: A team player with attention to detail and advocate for safe work practices  Reliable with a positive demeanour Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and food safety principles is an advantage Willingness to undertake shift work and overtime as needed Forklift licence/certificate (MHE) including high- reach would be advantageous Ability to meet the role requirements and undertake pre-employment medical (including Drug and alcohol) testing  What we Offer: We believe in building careers through providing a safe, connected and innovative culture that supports ongoing growth and development.
