You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing and translating business needs into effective technology solutions. Working across business and technical teams, you will undertake requirements analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration activities and technical documentation to support successful project delivery. This role offers an opportunity to influence system decisions, support technology integration, and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between through the delivery of quality digital solutions. The appointing salary for this role is $90,039 - $110,047 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance. About you | Mōu You will bring:At least 4 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role within a complex IT environmentStrong requirements gathering, business analysis and process mapping experienceExperience analysing and documenting API requirements, integrations, data flows and system interactions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirementsGood working knowledge of modern integration patterns, API technologies and system interface designExperience creating and documenting modern, fast and highly scalable API specifications that grow and evolve continuously in a resilient and secure ecosystemExperience documenting functional and non-functional requirements and technical specificationsKnowledge of systems architecture, system interfaces and technology integration approachesStrong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex informationA passion for exploring and applying new technologies and approaches to solve business problems and improve outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsExperience working with project delivery methodologies and multidisciplinary project teamsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and ExcelA collaborative approach, strong relationship management capability and attention to detailYou must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.Working at ACC | Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand's cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
