- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, supplier engagement, or logistics
- Scenario Planning and S&OP Execution: Ability to model multiple business scenarios (e.g. merch plan vs demand plan vs supply plan)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in supply chain systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- SQL proficiency
- EDI Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with formats like EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, and CSV, understanding of document types: Purchase Orders (PO), Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), Invoices, Remittance Advice.
