Small Animal Veterinarian - Glen Innes

Located in the heart of Glen Innes, our well-established small animal clinic combines a fantastic location with a supportive team and an engaged, loyal client base..

We're looking for a veterinarian to join us in a permanent role, working 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Best of all, there are no weekend shifts, giving you the work-life balance you've been looking for.

Our diverse caseload and trusting client relationships ensure that no two days are the same, providing a rewarding mix of medicine, surgery, and preventative care.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality companion animal medical and surgical care
• Manage a varied caseload across consultations and surgery
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their pets
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians, veterinary nurses and support staff
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and high clinical standards

What You'll Need

• Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Veterinary Council of New Zealand
• Experience in companion animal practice
• Confidence across general practice medicine and surgery
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach and positive attitude
