Are you passionate about quality, process improvement, and helping teams work smarter? We're looking for a Senior Quality Process Lead to drive process excellence, strengthen quality systems, and support continuous improvement across our global business.
Te Tūranga - The Role
As a Senior Quality Process Lead, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve how we work, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and helping teams adopt efficient, scalable processes that support business growth.
You'll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to evaluate current practices, develop future-state processes, maintain quality management systems, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with teams across the organisation to analyse end-to-end processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and customer outcomes.
- Leading the design and delivery of process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance, reduce risk, and embed sustainable ways of working across the enterprise.
- Building quality capability across the organisation through training, coaching, and practical guidance, while ensuring systems and processes enable consistent, scalable performance.
- Maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management Systems, ensuring they remain fit for purpose and aligned to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leading internal reviews and audits, supporting teams to meet compliance expectations, and overseeing corrective actions through to effective, sustained resolution.
- Leading quality performance reporting and management review processes, giving managers clear visibility of trends, risks, and priorities for improvement.
- Developing scalable quality and performance systems that enable growth into new markets and support new products and services.

You'll be a collaborative and influential quality professional with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive meaningful improvements.
You will bring:
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives across cross-functional organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement practices.
- Auditing experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and service delivery environments.
- Experience developing quality frameworks, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience working in international or multi-site businesses.
- A proven ability to deliver practical, value-driven process improvements.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Experience within telecommunications, technology, engineering, SaaS, or service-based organisations would be advantageous, along with exposure to global operating models, supplier due diligence, product development environments, or acquisition and integration activities.
