About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse BAU change requests, user stories, and fixes; assess testing impact.
- Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to clarify requirements.
- Design and execute test scenarios and cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Ensure test coverage across key business areas (Billing, Sales & Pricing, Meter Data Management).
- Execute manual testing, validate end to end flows, and confirm acceptance criteria.
- Log, track, retest defects, and participate in defect triage and resolution.
- Communicate test progress, risks, and status to stakeholders.
- Maintain regression suites and support production validation during releases.
- Contribute to automation feasibility and ensure adherence to testing standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional testing expertise across analysis, execution, and closure.
- Solid Utilities domain experience (Billing, Sales & Pricing, MDM).
- Hands on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr).
- Good understanding of data models and integration testing.
