Fixed term - Immediate to 29 January 2027

We're seeking a Senior Management Accountant (SMA) for a fixed term position to primarily support Regulatory functions.

As a Senior Management Accountant, you'll play a critical role in enabling effective financial management and oversight. Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio, you'll work closely with and under the direction of the Finance Business Partner to ensure financial performance is well-managed, predictable, and aligned with strategic priorities. Portfolios may shift based on evolving business needs, offering variety and challenge. The successful candidate may also be required to support other functions as the work necessitates.

What you bring | Nōu te rourou

  • Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent forecast changes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of relevant experience.
