  • A sound understanding of estate administration, processes and estate related law.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • New Zealand based work experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Legal Executive, with strong estate experience.
  • A current practising certificate and/or Legal Executive qualification.

About Us

We are committed to providing our people with a great working environment and the support they need to succeed both professionally and personally. Our private client team works incredibly well together and enjoys collaborating with other teams in the firm.

We regularly offer events and get-togethers outside of work hours, such as quiz nights and family events.

Our vision is to be at the heart of New Zealand’s commercial and economic landscape, driving success for our clients. With offices in Hamilton, Rotorua, Auckland, and Tauranga, we are regionally present, nationally focused, and globally connected.

You'll enjoy:

  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and continue growing your expertise.
  • Regular social events and team celebrations.
