You'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day client relationship, shaping media responses and delivering high-quality work across campaigns spanning brand through to performance.If you're an experienced Account Manager ready to take the next step, or a high-performing media professional who is ready to step into SAM, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingYou'll work closely with an experienced Associate Business Director and a talented team across Client Service, Investment, Digital Planning and Media.Your day-to-day will include:Taking ownership of the day-to-day client relationship across your portfolioBuilding trusted relationships with clients, agency partners and media suppliersLeading media planning and implementation across offline channelsWorking collaboratively with digital specialists to deliver integrated campaignsDeveloping accurate, insightful media plans, schedules and presentationsIdentifying opportunities and challenges within your clients' businesses and bringing proactive recommendations to the tableWorking closely with agency partners and suppliers to deliver great workContributing to strategic thinking, creative sessions and campaign developmentManaging budgets, timelines and deliverables with a high level of ownershipSupporting and coaching junior members of the teamContributing to new business, award-winning work and wider PHD initiativesThis is a role where you'll have a genuine voice. You'll be trusted to manage relationships, make recommendations and take ownership, while having strong senior support around you.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is curious, accountable and genuinely passionate about media and doing great work.You'll ideally bring:Around 2-5 years' media experienceStrong offline media planning and buying experienceAn understanding of digital media and a willingness to work collaboratively with digital specialistsExperience building strong client and stakeholder relationshipsConfidence working with media tools such as Pegasus, CMI, GWI and AdIntelStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate workExcellent communication and presentation skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach to client challengesA collaborative mindset and willingness to support those around youExperience coaching or mentoring junior team members, or exposure to digital planning and buying, would be a bonus.Most importantly, we're looking for attitude.
