About the job

We are looking for Summer Casual Seed Machine Operators to join our team at Hinds Seed Cleaning during our busy season.

This is a practical, hands-on role supporting seed cleaning and processing operations. You’ll be helping operate machinery, keep jobs moving, maintain tidy work areas, and support the wider processing team during one of our busiest periods of the year.

This role would suit someone reliable, practical, and willing to learn. It could be a great fit for someone looking for summer work in a rural environment, including students, seasonal workers, or anyone who enjoys hands-on operational work.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with seed cleaning and processing operations.

· Help operate and monitor machinery and equipment.

· Support loading, unloading, packing, and general plant duties.

· Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.

· Complete basic records or paperwork as required.

· Follow instructions, training, and health and safety procedures.
