We're looking for a permanent, full-time RV Technician to join our Christchurch team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry, coachbuilding, fit-outs or interior repairs who enjoys varied work and delivering quality results.
From repairing cabinetry and interior fittings to installing accessories and vehicle upgrades, you'll help ensure every motorhome is ready for its next adventure.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in repairing, maintaining and enhancing motorhomes and caravans, with a strong focus on interior repairs, refurbishment and accessory installations.
Responsibilities include:
- Repairing and replacing cabinetry, cupboards, drawers and interior fittings
- Completing wall, ceiling and flooring repairs
- Diagnosing and rectifying wear-and-tear issues
- Carrying out water ingress and leak-related repairs
- Installing accessories such as awnings, bike racks and aftermarket products
- Fitting solar systems, lithium batteries and 12V accessories
- Troubleshooting faults and identifying practical repair solutions
- Completing general RV maintenance and repair work
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Working closely with the wider service team to deliver great customer outcomes
What you'll bring
- Experience in cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry, RV repairs, coachbuilding, marine fit-outs or a similar trade
- Strong cabinetry, fit-out or interior repair skills
- Experience installing accessories and completing upgrades
- Knowledge of 12V electrical systems
- Solar and lithium battery experience would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

What you'll need
- Trade qualification in automotive, electrical, carpentry, or related field
- NZ driver’s licence
- Electrical or solar installation experience (RV-specific an advantage)
