About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities to meet our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising all surfaces.

• Replace linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.

• Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries and towels to hotel standards.

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways and common spaces.

• Report any maintenance issues, damaged items or necessary repairs to the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Team.

• Handle lost and found items in line with hotel policies and procedures.

• Respond promptly to guest requests to enhance their stay.

• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding and storing linens and towels.

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including correct use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.

• Maintain flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

What You'll Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.

• Physical stamina, with the ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects.

• A collaborative, dependable approach, with pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.

• The resilience to work productively under pressure and adapt to a changing daily workload.

• Good availability, including weekends and evenings, to support a busy hotel roster.
